Something not so Sharepoint-like today but useful for any consultant around, I was just watching this podcast and think it’s worth sharing.
“Dialog mapping” is a really interesting concept that I may start looking into more to facilitate my client’s workshop instead of just conversation and Mind Mapping, Paul Culmsee (https://twitter.com/paulculmsee) from Perth is actually a Sharepoint guy. He mentioned that his problem tends to fail not because of the product but because how it’s “put” which I totally concur with. Paul also refers to Wicked Problem https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wicked_problem which I did not know before, but reading the explanation I just didn’t know the word for it.
